Pippa Herrod

Pippa’s love of the outdoors is almost as strong as her love of architecture. Like many of our team - she makes the most of being close to great mountains for tramping and skiing. Her love of the countryside gives her a side interest in sustainable, ecological design as a co-member of our ‘Green Team’.

 

Pippa studied architecture in Northern Ireland, a part of the world with surprising parallels to New Zealand! Having joined us over 3 years ago as a UK Registered Architect, Pippa has become an integral member of our Associate team. In that time, not only has Pippa excelled her career, she has also met the love of her life and is recently married - an occasion the CO-STUDIO team were honoured to be a part of.

 

As part of CO-STUDIO’s professional development programme Pippa was sponsored to the Glenn Murcutt Masterclass for 2022 to develop her design skills under the support of a Pritzker Prize winning architect and a number of RAIA Gold Medal winners. Pippa has a strong love of the community and spends her own time each week, cooking and feeding the less privileged members of our community through a trust she works with.
